Our business subsidiaries are geared towards providing strategic services that help improve the quality of life of people and the environment in Nigeria and Africa at large. Since we began operations in the real estate sub sector, we have continued to expand and add other business portfolios that takes us a step further to achieving our vision. The group's corporate head office is in Lagos, Nigeria with projects and clients in other states such as Port harcourt in Rivers State, Abuja, and Benin city, Edo state.

Our Board Of Directors
Lewis Nnendu is an experienced health and social care professional with over 20 years of experience. He studied government and public relations at Imo state University, Nigeria and obtained a masters degree in social works from University of Hertfordshire, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.
Lewis Nnendu’s interest, drive for excellence, and desire to see global positive change resulted in setting up Questcare Services Limited, a health and social care solution provider in the United Kingdom and a few other European countries. He is also the founder of The Hyacinth Welfare Foundation for Widows and Orphans, an NGO that is providing succour to the less privileged in the society especially widows and orphans. Lewis interests cut across different industries, he sits at the board of many companies in the UK, Nigeria and other African countries.
He is a non-executive director of Bluecrest industries limited, with operations in Owerri, the Imo state capital and other easter states.
Lewis strongly believes in the enormous potential of Nigeria and the capability of its citizens to lift the country to the highest standards of excellence. To him, Nigerians must perform to global standards of ethics and integrity in business conduct and governance to enjoy respect within the international community. His strong believe in Nigeria's potential has seen him investing both in business and human capital development in Nigeria. Lewis has a huge interest and investment in the real estate space in Nigeria. He is a non-executive member of the board of mcmudia.
Martins Akhimien is an experienced business professional across industries mostly in the oil and gas sector. He is also the General Manager of Ciscon Services Limited, an indigenous oil and gas company with operations in Port Harcourt and Lagos. He has provided leadership and strategy in Ciscon for over 25 years making the company an enviable player in the oil and gas service sector.
Martins is also an Executive Director in MEA Engineering, an engineering company with operations in Port Harcourt and Lagos. Martins studied Biochemistry at the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He also has a diploma in Petroleum Engineering, master’s in Engineering Management, both from Uniport. He obtained an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School, Lagos Nigeria.
Martin's drive and desire for business sees him diversifying into different sectors of the economy, he is a passionate businessman creating value across sectors. He is a non-executive member of the board of mcmudia
Osemudiamen Owobu is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the facilities management and construction sector. Ose holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental management and Geography from Uniport and a Masters in Facilities Management from Unilag, Advance Diploma in Business Administration from Unilag, Certificate in Operations and Strategy from International Business Management institute, Germany, and several certifications from Nebosh UK, Osha USA, and more.
Ose has worked in several leading facilities management and construction companies before joining mcmudia as an executive director. He is member of the Association of Facilities Management Practitioners of Nigeria (AFMPN) and Nigeria Environmental Society (NES),
He is an executive member of the board of directors and a top member of the management team.
Our Management Team
Osemudiamen Owobu is a seasoned facilities management, project management, safety management, and building maintenance professional. His experience cut across different sectors in the facilities management space.
Ose as he is fondly called has worked on different facilities projects. He directly managed Shell Club Port Harcourt and a good number of buildings within Shell Residential Area in Port Harcourt. He later joined Eliezer Group as facilities manager managing Eroton Exploration and Production office building, UBA chairman home, and UBA GMD home. Ose rose from facilities manager in Eliezer to Regional Manager managing facilities operations and maintenance across Nigeria with a diverse portfolio of facilities and clients. While at Eliezer, he helped develop processes adopted for site operations. For his outstanding performance, he became Operations Manager, managing commercial and residential properties across Nigeria, Ghana, Cameron, and other West African Countries.
Ose later joined Willco Property Management Limited as Head of Operations & Commercials providing leadership, strategy, planning, processes, and procedure both for head office and across sites. He helped improve operations across residential estates such as Richmond Gate Estate 1, Richmond Gate Estate 2 and 3, Safe Court Estate and more. He planned and managed the Alma beach enclave project where multiple estates located around the alma beach area came together to form a single estate sharing security interest. His experience cut across different sectors such as oil & gas, banking, telecommunications, and high-profile residential facilities.
Ose is well experienced in the residential space and quite equipped with skills and experience to manage estate with shared common areas and amenities.

As GMD/COO of Mcmudia, he provides leadership, strategy, and plans to position the company towards achieving her vision. Ose is responsible for the groups day to day operations
Ivie Owobu is a registered nurse and midwife, she also holds a bachelor of science degree in Nursing. Ivie considers herself as a business enthusiast and has played a key role in the success achieved so far in our logistics, cleaning, and property management subsidiaries.
As General manager, she is directly responsible for the day to day running of operations for some of our business areas.
Group Head, Corporate Service
Harriet is a trained lawyer, she holds an LLB from Ambrose Alli University and LLM from University of Benin. Harriet is the head of corporate service for the group.
Prior to joining Mcmudia, Harriet worked with Thompson Cambers, Lagos as Associate Attorney and later with the Ministry of Justice, Ekiti state as State Council.
As head of corporate service, she oversees the HR and administrative team of the group.
Eng. Tope Segun Adesanya
Head, Building Services & Projects
Tope is a mechanical engineer and expert in building services and infrastructure systems for commercial, industrial, and residential development. He is Head of Technical Services and Projects at McmudiaPFL overseeing inspection, supervision, and management of technical activities across our sites. Tope’s experience and technical input increases client’s asset value by ensuring building services are in good shape through facilities condition assessment and oversight of technical operations handled by site facilities managers and officers.
Before joining Mcmudia, Tope worked with Consultant Collaborative Partnership as Project Engineer where he was responsible for design and supervision of building services such as plumbing, electrical, fire protection, HVAC, water, and sewage treatment plants etc. projects. He later joined Devftek Integrated Services as Senior Project Engineer. He was responsible for design review, building project budgeting and analysis, and ensuring successful implementation through project management.
Tope currently provides oversight, routine M&E inspection of all our client facilities, and support to all our site managers and officers. He is a COREN registered engineer, a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers, and Nigeria Institute of Mechanical Engineers.
Head, Facilities Management
Hilary is a seasoned facilities manager, an expert in janitorial services, and other environmental services. He is the Head of Facilities management overseeing all facilities managers across our sites.
Hilary was Operations Manager for Newbrandklean services, a janitorial and fumigation company in Lagos. While at Newbrandklean, he was responsible for planning, organising, and coordinating all their janitorial and cleaning services. Hilary later joined Eliezer as Head of janitorial and for his outstanding contribution later became senior facilities manager due to his tremendous contribution to the company.
Hilary holds a National Diploma in computer science from Yabatech, Advance diploma in Facilities Management and Safety from Unilag, IFMA Certificate in Facilities Management Operations. He holds the Six Sigma white belt certificate, Pest Management Certificate from Pest Control Association of Nigeria.
As head of facilities management, Hillary is responsible for providing oversight for site activities and ensuring that the company facilities management processes and maintenance plans are fully implemented.
